Well, today we are heading out for a weekend, have to go to a family event, which of course is scaring Christine to death. She has met my immediate family but never anyone on this side which could get a little interesting since they tend to be religious and against same sex marriage. If nothing there should be some interesting conversations spurred by us going together. My grandmother is so into her religious beliefs that as a child when i was talking about evolution she told me that there was no way we had come from a monkey and argued like a child against me. Then continued to tell me that i couldn't discuss evolution at her home anymore no matter what i was learning about it. Hope you all have a great weekend! I will be sure to catch you all up on the drama that is bound to happen at a family event.

Lets see how this goes...
Hey everyone!
I'm not quite sure even how a blog is supposed to start or work, i don't even think i have ever read a blog for that matter. We decided to start posting/blogging about our lives last night, while laying in bed. My girlfriend of nearly a year, Christine, and I were sharing an intimate moment and when it concluded the look she gave me was indescribable. It was this glazed over, happy amazed look that i wasn't sure what to do with. She just laid there for a few minutes when she finally said, this is what every woman dreams about, talks about, its what the magazines write about doing to a woman. We just did that we did it to each other". We then decided that we wanted to share not only our bedroom stories but the story of our lives, the ups and the downs, the drama(it follows us lesbians no matter how fast you can run), the friendships, all of it. Is this be a little personal for the first of my blog posts? Yes, but that's the point, we want you to follow our lives through these good moments and the bad that every relationship goes through no matter if its homosexual or not. Maybe someone out there might find us a place for advice but, most of all we just hope you get a good laugh or two and enjoy reading.
A little background about us: I am a 20 year old full time student dating a 31 year old full time working woman, we live together with our adorable puppy in the Northeast. I work part time as well as being the housewife haha(although she denies it). But we really try to share expenses as well as we can, and work through it knowing one day hopefully i wont be a poor college student and might get a real job!
